We are very excited to announce that the Robotics Education and Competition Foundation (REC) has just informed us that they will be sponsoring our Robotics Team for the next three years!! Congratulations to Mr. Marty and all the students, parents, and volunteers that have participated over the years, thank you for all your hard work!
With this funding and our continued support from the Cherokee Nation our students will now be able to participate in Aerial Drone Competitions. We will now be able to purchase the equipment necessary to host both Robotics and Drone Competitions in our new Woody Hair Community Center. This Grant will also provide various other pieces of equipment and funding for competitions. We are so excited about the future of Kenwood School and the continued commitment to preparing our students to be productive citizens in an advanced society. These continued partnerships are bring opportunities to the students of Kenwood Public School and we are looking forward to a blessed 2024/2025 School Year.
